In your search profile you can specify what type of man or woman you are looking for. For example, where should he or she come from and do you prefer a person of a certain age? Based on this information, you will receive matches. We look for new matches every day, so you will receive new messages regularly. Do you want to get more matches? Then make sure that you do not restrict your search profile too much, for example by expanding the age limit or selecting more regions. However, please note that these changes will take a few days to take effect. This means you may continue to receive matches based on previous search criteria for a few days.
We manually review all photos to ensure their authenticity. A photo must meet the following criteria. If your photo is rejected, you will receive an email notification.

- The image must not show people under the age of 18
- The image must not be protected by copyright

Our advanced matching system searches for new matching matches every day. This means that you will receive new matches on a regular basis. In order to keep an overview for both men and women, we do not distribute all matches at once, but in phases. So make sure you don't miss anything and check your matches every now and then.

Messages older than six months are archived and no longer visible.
On the support page you will find the option to delete your profile. Your profile will be deleted immediately and you will receive a confirmation by email. Please remember that deleting a profile is permanent: matches, messages and credits will be lost.
Despite our strict control, it sometimes happens that a fake profile is active on the website. In this case, please fill out the contact form. We will then take immediate action. Always be wary of SMS and call requests from fake profiles.
